The Beer

…and other tasty things to drink

Bulgarian craft breweries and imported Bavarian classics in one place – from lagers and wheat beers to IPAs, NEIPAs and dark stouts. And for a break from the beer – cocktails, mulled wine and hot soft drinks at the mobile bar. Click a card to see what's pouring and at what price.

The list is growing. These aren't all the beers at Bier Garten – we're adding breweries and craft beers right up to the opening. Prices are in euro; small changes are possible depending on availability.

Questions & answers

Everything about reservations, entry and the rules in one place. Can't find an answer? Write to us at info@ticketstation.bg.

Reservations & entry

How does entry work? Is it free?

You enter Bier Garten with a seat reservation, which you make at TicketStation.bg. Whether it's free or paid depends only on the arrival time you choose:

  • Before 19:00 – Happy Hour: the reservation is free. You get in without paying anything and stay until the end of the night, concert or show included.
  • After 19:00: the reservation is paid, depending on the night's programme – €5 for stand-up nights and €10 for concert and tribute nights. The price is per person and includes the full programme.

Opening hours: Tuesday – Thursday 18:00 – 23:00 · Friday 18:00 – 00:00 · Saturday and Sunday 14:00 – 00:00 (at weekends entry is free from 14:00). Closed on Mondays. On the opening night, 9 October, entry is free all evening.

Am I reserving a whole table or a seat?

A seat. Tables seat 6 and are shared – if there are three of you, you'll most likely be sitting with other people. When you arrive, pick any free seats you like – the choice is yours.

Big group? Just reserve as many seats as there are of you – one person can make the reservation for everyone. No need to write to us separately.

How much does a reservation cost?
When / whatPrice
Arrival before 19:00 (Happy Hour) – every night€0
After 19:00 – stand-up and quiz/karaoke nights€5
After 19:00 – concert and tribute nights€10
Opening night, 9 October – all evening€0
Kids' corner with entertainer (18:00 – 22:00) – paid on site, when you leave€7 / hour
JMSN Live, 16 October – separate concertseparate tickets

Prices are per person. You can also see the exact price for each night in the day-by-day programme.

How long can I stay with a free reservation?

Until the end of the night. Happy Hour is about the time you arrive – not how long you stay. Arrive before 19:00 and you watch the whole programme with nothing extra to pay.

I have a free reservation but I'll arrive after 19:00. What happens?

The free reservation is only valid if you arrive before 19:00. If you come later, you'll pay the price for that night at the entrance (€5 or €10 per person). If you already know you'll be late – make a reservation with an arrival time after 19:00 straight away and skip the wait at the door.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. The reservation guarantees you a seat at a table and tells us how many people to expect – that's why we require it even when it's free. One person can reserve seats for the whole group.

Turned up without a reservation? Nobody will send you away – we'll do our best to find you a seat if there's one free. But we strongly recommend reserving in advance, especially for weekends and concert nights.

I can't make it. What happens to my paid reservation?

Paid reservations are non-refundable, but you have two options:

  • Pass it on to a friend – reservations aren't name-checked at the door.
  • Move it to another night – write to us at info@ticketstation.bg and we'll move it to a date of your choice (any price difference is paid on top).
Do I need to print my reservation?

No. Show it on your phone screen, add it to Apple Wallet or open it in the Club app. Let's look after nature.

How do I pay on site?

Contactless only – with a debit or credit card from any issuer, or directly with your phone. No cash is accepted in the Bier Garten area.

Kids

Can I bring the kids? Is there anything for them to do?

Yes, and they'll even have fun. There's an entertainer on site every night from 18:00 to 22:00 for the little guests – games, fun and plenty of reasons not to get bored while you relax. The kids' corner costs €7 per hour and is paid on site, when your child leaves – not via TicketStation. When reserving, however, you must tick whether you'll be using the entertainer (yes / no) – without that checkbox the system won't let the reservation through, and it helps us know how many kids to expect.

The kids' corner runs from 18:00 to 22:00 – the hours of the main programme. The space is indoors and heated, and payment everywhere is contactless.

Until what time can children and teenagers stay?
  • Under 14 – after 20:00 only with a parent or guardian.
  • 14 – 18 – after 22:00 only with an adult companion who presents at the entrance the original of a declaration filled in and signed by a parent/guardian. Download the declaration (in Bulgarian), print it and bring it with you.

On site

Where is Bier Garten and how do I get there?

At the Covered Stage of Vidas Art Arena (the former Kolodrum velodrome) in Borisova Gradina park – indoors and heated. The entrance is via Neighbors – exact location on Google Maps.

Metro M1, M3, M4 – Vasil Levski Stadium station · buses 76, 120, 204, 213 · tram 18. See the map.

Where can I park?

Bier Garten is in Borisova Gradina park, where parking is prohibited, and the reservation doesn't include a parking space. We recommend public transport (metro M1/M3/M4 to Vasil Levski Stadium, buses 76, 120, 204, 213, tram 18), a taxi or a walk through the park.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, if it weighs up to 8 kg. Larger animals aren't allowed – the only exception is guide dogs.

Is there access for people with disabilities?

Yes. The space is accessible, and there are accessible toilets in easy-to-reach spots. If you need assistance, write to us in advance at info@festteam.bg.

Rules

Is smoking allowed?

No – smoking is completely banned inside the Bier Garten tent: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes and heated tobacco products. Smokers have a designated area outside the tent. That's how we protect the kids (and everyone else) from second-hand smoke.

What can and can't I bring in?

Allowed

  • Personal belongings and clothing
  • Medication (asthma inhaler, pills etc.)
  • Phone power bank
  • Hand sanitiser
  • Phone or compact camera for photos

Not allowed

Is there a dress code?

No, but several nights feature a best Oktoberfest costume contest – dirndls, lederhosen and all things Bavarian are welcome. See which nights in the programme.

Still unsure about something? Write to us at info@ticketstation.bg – we reply Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00.
